    I have had insurance through Shawn Higgins since 2010. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. Any time I have a question or concern, they respond in a respectful and professional manner. No matter where I move in Indiana, I will always go through this office for my insurance needs. I have also received holiday cards from them for Thanksgiving and Christmas which I think is amazing :) Thank you Shawn Higgins and team!

    Shawn has taken care of my family's insurance needs for several years now. He is extremely professional and helpful when it comes to deciding coverage limits and needs.     After college when I needed my own plan, Shawn took time to give me insurance 101 and explain exactly what coverages I needed. Every time I call in Karen who works there has been a great help and makes things as seamless as possible and and I know I can trust the whole office if anything ever does happen.
