I came with a watch I had purchased online through a 3rd party distributor, and when Kohl's wouldn't resize it to fit my wrist, Moyer was able to help me out, specifically a Mr. Joe Cimino. Even with the complicated build of my watch, within 24 hours he was able to find the right tool for the job and sized it free of charge.
